Doing Business in Pakistan 2010: A new report finds that provincial and municipal level reforms of business regulation in Pakistan are complementing nationwide reforms. Consistent reformers outperform others, but no single city does well on all the indicators measured by the report. Doing Business in Nigeria 2010: A new report finds that Nigerian States have been actively reforming to encourage business activity over the past two years. If Nigeria adopted nationwide all of its states' best practices identified in this report it would rank 72nd out of 183 countries globally -- 53 places ahead of Nigeria rsquo;s current position in the global Doing Business 2010 report. Doing Business in the East African Community 2010: Countries in East Africa generally show poorly in Doing Business rsquo;s annual reports, but there are pockets of good practice that, if adopted by all countries in the region, would yield a very healthy business environment, according to Doing Business in the East African Community 2010. The new 62-page report takes a close look at business regulations in Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda.
