374: CASP9 Puzzle 40 deadline extended 3 days

374: CASP9 Puzzle 40 has been extended by 3 days.
However, since there is a possibility that the native will be released by the RCSB tomorrow, we will close the puzzle immediately if that is the case.
If the native is released tomorrow, this puzzle will be closed and we will post a Quest to the Native of it instead.
Good luck folding this difficult CASP9 target!

New design puzzle!
In this new 'Back Me Up' puzzle, we are asking you to remodel a loop to make the protein more stable.
The goal of this puzzle is to stabilize the helix and make a more ordered secondary structure motif consisting of a helix followed by a loop and another helix.

Puzzle 361 extended!
The deadline for '361: CASP9 Puzzle 14 Revisited' has been extended until Friday.
We have also added a new design puzzle: 363: De novo Binder Design 1
