New Corporate Real Estate Survey 2010
Our latest Corporate Real Estate Survey findings have just been published. The survey was jointly carried out with Henley Business School in February and March of this year and provides a good indication of current demand for business space. In the last six months a significant number of organisations reduced their operational property portfolios, a much greater number than had been previously projected.The survey shows that while 6% of firms increased their occupied space in the last six months, 35% reduced it, giving a balance of -29%. This balance amounted to nearly double the net balance figure predicted (-15%) in the previous autumn survey for this period.
