AdCom Meetings
The last AdCom meeting was held in Glendale, AZ, together with IECON 2010, on November 11, with preliminary meetings on Nov. 10th.
Next AdCom meeting will take place in Gdansk, Poland, in conjunction with ISIE 2011, during June 30 – July 2, 2011.
Significant Changes to Constitution and Bylaws
Significant changes to the IES constitution and our Bylaws are required by IEEE. Please watch carefully for changes to be posted on the Web site. Synopsis: quorum redefined, only two meetings per year, too many voting people miss meetings and that may get us into trouble with the new definition of quorum, harsh immediate consequences of missing two meetings in a row by a voting AdCom member and suspension of voting privileges for absent senior and life AdCom members.
