LIM CLOSES MONGKOK HEALTH SPA. Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim leading Bureau of Permits and Department of Social Welfare teams, closed Mongkok Health Spa located in Padilla Street, Sta. Cruz this morning after receiving reports of operating the establishment without business permit, using the premises as prostitution front and employing therapists without the necessary occupational health certificates. With the Mayor are: Manila DSWD chief Jay dela Fuente (beside Lim) and Chief of Staff and Media Bureau chief Ricardo E. De Guzman (beside dela Fuente) and MPD P/S11-Gandara sub-station Major Christian Dela Cruz. (Manila Media Bureau)
