Mandriva Linux FOSS4G Toolkit
This ISO image includes a simple installer for GRASS, QGIS, and other Open Source geospatial packages.

MapServer for Windows - A preconfigured Web Server environment including MapServer for Microsoft Windows platforms.

A comprehensive framework for building MapServer-based Web mapping applications using SOAP Web services.
Chameleon

Fusion

ka-Map
An Open Source package that provides a javascript API for developing highly interactive web-mapping interfaces. It has been developed to work with MapServer, but can be easily integrated with other software packages.

An open source development environment for building spatially enabled Internet applications.

A web-based tool that simplifies the creation and management of MapServer .map files.
OpenLayers
A pure JavaScript library for displaying map data in most modern web browsers, with no server-side dependencies. OpenLayers implements a JavaScript API for building rich web-based geographic applications.
OWTChart
A CGI program that produces GIF images of virtually any type of chart from a set of input parameters.
PHP MapScript
A PHP dynamically loadable module that makes MapServer's MapScript functions and classes available in a PHP environment.

AVCE00
A C library that makes Arc/Info (binary) vector coverages appear as ASCII E00 files.
DGNLib
DGNLib is a small C/C++ library for reading and writing DGN files.
GDAL
A translator library for raster geospatial data formats.
GeoTiff
A TIFF based interchange format for georeferenced raster imagery.
MITAB
A C++ library to read and write MapInfo .TAB (binary) and .MIF/MID files.
OGR
A C++ open source library (and commandline tools) providing read (and sometimes write) access to a variety of vector file formats.
Proj 4
A Cartographic Projections library. Proj 4 provides a set of command-line utilities and an API used by several GIS and mapping packages to handle reprojection of coordinates.
Shapelib
A C library for reading and writing ESRI Shapefiles.
