The AHA Files Amicus Brief in Supreme Court Case
The Appignani Humanist Legal Center, legal arm of the American Humanist Association, recently filed a friend of the court brief challenging an Arizona program that grants scholarships on the basis of religion, and filed a petition for writ of certiorari in Newdow v. Roberts.
