Tenant Update
Life at 200 Wellesley is finally getting back to normal. The construction work is nearly complete and most tenants have been reconnected with their belongings and returned home. As we get back to normal, click through to read about some additional changes you can expect.

Tenant Update
Replacement fobs will be here soon - you #39;ll need your replacement fob to enter the building and the parking garage. These fobs will replace wristbands and your old fob. To pick up your replacement fob, drop by the Superintendent #39;s Office (Unit 177).

Tenant Update
Security guards will no longer quot;radio quot; elevators for residents. Elevator use will go back to normal, starting Wednesday, January 12 at 7:00 PM. A couple of elevators will remain on service for the next few days to accommodate movers, construction and security. Thank you for your patience.

We are pleased to report that more than 108 households have moved back to the North Tower. To book a move-in appointment (floors 1 to 20 and 27, 28, 29 only) or to get more information about when you can move home, visit the Welcome Home Desk (200 Wellesley St. E. - Main Lobby) or call the Tenant Hotline at 416-981-5520.
